Katala, Vermentino from Gallura, Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Superior Origin.
From a fermented maceration of Vermentino grapes, we obtained this straw-yellow wine with light golden reflections, with intense aromas reminiscent of ripe yellow fruit and pleasant earthy tones. It is a dry, full and enveloping wine with an excellent balance of aromas and flavours and with a long and persistent end touch. Ideal to accompany grilled and baked fish dishes, shellfish, soups and white meats. Best served at a temperature of 10-12°C.
